Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when Posa B.V. ("Posa", "we", "us", "our") ships orders placed on posa-studio.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands). We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Belgium, Germany, and neighbouring EU countries: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order, based on your destination. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be displayed on our website or at checkout.

Countries we ship to

We ship throughout the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship there — contact us at Info@posa-studio.com to ask.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Risk and delivery

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. Please check your order on arrival and contact us promptly if anything is damaged or missing.

Failed or delayed delivery

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, or because the parcel is not collected, any costs of re-delivery may be passed on to you. Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Customs and duties

For shipments within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. Should we ship outside the EU in any case, you may be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
